The room was modern and having a balcony, floor to ceiling windows, and a kettle in it was handy. The sea view was pleasant! The staff was extremely friendly and amiable with advice and suggestions. The hotel had a particularly good and perfect location close to the beech.

Excellent location: just cross the street and you are in the beach. Although the rooms are correct, in good shape and clean, their prices are really too high for what they are (for Thailand's standards).

Excellent hotel Superb location, directley opposite the beach with amazing views over patong beach. Room was modern and spotlessly clean Great roof terrace. A short walk to the main shopping and bar area and it's location was perfect as it was very quiet at night Staff were great, a quality small hotel with a touch of class.

The Front was right on beach, not that you could tell from my room..
My room was nice, but noisy from peple closing there doors, walking and talking as there was tiles everwhere and the sound was loud. The bed was like concrete, and my window faced apartment ground floor enterance, so there was bright outside lighs on all night and the blind was no help in stopping the light at all. No beakfast inc, no lift only stairs and you could hear everyone and everthing coming and going.... so unless you go up high its not good...

The hotel and apartments were clean, and the staff members were exceptionally helpful. the sea views were beautiful. the location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach and a 15-minute walk to the center. the rustic restaurant offered amazing cuisine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with no complaints.
